All you have to do is register and then the recipes are available to you for free. I don't need to lose very much weight but I wanted to prepare recipes that I knew would be healthy for my family.

This chicken dish was called Sweet'n Sour Glazed Chicken. Can be made under 30 minutes and only had 216 calories. It was delicious!
